University of Texas Austin RN to BSN




 

Basic Information: The University of Texas is located in Austin, Texas.  This program is meant for Registered Nurses wanting to obtain their BSN.  This program requires that students have their ADN.

Must Dos: RNs must be licensed in the state of Texas prior to applying.  Students must apply to UT Austin (deadline for fall is February 15th) and to the College of Nursing.

Program Length:  12-18 months long depending on how quickly the student would like to finish.  Part-time study is available for students.

Nursing Prerequisites:  All information concerning prerequisite courses can be found here. Prerequisite course must be completed with at least a 2.75 GPA.

Prior Classwork Information: Students must have at least a 2.75 GPA in prior classwork.
