University of Miami RN to BSN
Basic Information: The University of Miami is located in Miami, Florida. The RN to BSN Program brochure can be found here. This program is meant for Registered Nurses wanting to obtain their BSN. The majority of programs require that you have your associate's degree in nursing (ADN).
Must Dos: Students must apply to the University of Miami and to the College of Nursing.
Program Length: The length of the program is 33 credit hours for a total of either three or five semesters depending on the speed of the student.
Nursing Prerequisites: Courses include English Composition I/II, Statistics, Natural World (six credits), People & Society (6 credits), Arts & Humanities (12 credits), and 10 transferable credits with a C or higher.
Prior Classwork Information: Students must have at least a 2.5 cumulative GPA.
