Basic Information: Texas Christian University is located in Fort Worth, Texas. This program is for students who have already earned a bachelor's degree in another field or who would like to finish their BSN quickly.
Must Dos: Students must apply to Texas Christian University and to the College of Nursing.
Program Length: 16 months long.
Nursing Prerequisites: Courses include Anatomy & Physiology I/II, Microbiology, Statistics, Human Development, Sociology, Psychology, and Nutrition. These courses must be completed prior to starting the program in May.
Prior Classwork Information: Applicants with a bachelor's degree must have a GPA of 3.0 or higher in their first degree or their science prerequisites. Applicants without a bachelor's degree must have a GPA of 3.5 or higher in their current coursework or science prerequisites.
Application Information: Students apply to the College of Nursing as transfer students. Transfer students are accepted based on the availability of staff and facilities for new students.
