Ohio State University RN to BSN




 

Basic Information: Ohio State University is located in Columbus, Ohio.  This program is meant for Registered Nurses wanting to obtain their BSN.  The majority of programs require that you have your associate's degree in nursing (ADN).

Must Dos: Students must apply to Ohio State University and to the College of Nursing.

Program Length: Program length varies.  There are 24 total nursing core credit hours to be completed.

Nursing Prerequisites: Courses include Chemistry, First-Year English Composition, Biology, Human Anatomy, and Microbiology.  All courses must be completed with a grade of at least a C- or better.

Prior Classwork Information: Cumulative GPA must be at least a 2.75.

Application Information: For Spring semester, which starts in January, applications are accepted July 1 - October 30 of the previous year. For Autumn semester, which starts in August, applications are accepted January 16- June 30. Priority admission is given to potential students who submit their application during the first two months of the application cycle.
