Second Degree Accelerated BSN
Basic Information: Emory University is located in Atlanta, Georgia. This Second Degree BSN is the same length as the traditional BSN program. This program is for students who have already earned a bachelor's degree in another field and have finished the basic requirements for their BSN.
Must Dos: Students must apply to Emory University and to the College of Nursing.
Program Length: Four semesters for a total of two years.
Nursing Prerequisites: Courses include Chemistry I/II OR Chemistry I and Organic Chemistry, Anatomy & Physiology with Lab, Microbiology with Lab, Statistics, and Human Growth & Development OR Life Span Development.
Prior Classwork Information: Students must have at least a 3.0 cumulative GPA. The average cumulative GPA is 3.5.
