Basic Information: Binghamton University is located in Binghamton, New York.  This program is for students who have already earned a bachelor's degree in another field and have finished the basic requirements for their BSN. 

Must Dos: Students must apply to Binghamton University and to the College of Nursing.

Program Length: The program takes 12 months total to complete and starts in late May every year.

Nursing Prerequisites: Courses include two composition courses, Statistics, Biology, Anatomy & Physiology I/II, two Chemistry courses (including Inorganic, Organic, and Biochemistry), Psychology, Developmental Psychology, and Microbiology. Prerequisite courses must be completed with a grade of a C- or better. Prerequisite courses must be completed with a grade of a C- or better.

Prior Classwork Information:  Students must have a cumulative GPA of at least 3.0.
