Angelo State University RN to BSN




 

**Angelo State University no longer offers the RN to BSN program.**

Basic Information: Angelo State University is located in San Angelo, Texas. Students must have an associate degree in nursing and have an active RN license.

Must Dos: Students must apply to Angelo State University and to the College of Nursing.

Program Length: The program is 30 credit hours long after completion of general and prerequisite course.  Full-time students can complete the program in as little as 12 months or 2 long semesters.

Nursing Prerequisites: Courses include Anatomy & Physiology I/II, Math (three credit hours), Psychology, Developmental Psychology, Chemistry, Microbiology, Consumer Health Promotion, Freshman English, Sophomore Literature, US History to 1865, US History 1865 to present, Federal & State Government I/II, Computer Applications for Healthcare Professionals, Statistics, Pathophysiology, Public Speaking, and Art, Theater, or Music Course.

Prior Classwork Information: Students must have a cumulative GPA of at least a 2.5 or better.
